IDP's live Riyadh test-centre page does publish specific prices, which give a useful planning reference for the whole country even though the exact figure can vary slightly by city and centre.

British Council lists IELTS test locations across Saudi Arabia including Al-Hassa, Buraydah, Dammam, Hail, Jeddah, Jubail, Madinah, Makkah, Riyadh, Tabuk and Taif, among others, with computer-delivered testing concentrated in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
