1. Delete in the app
This flow is designed to delete the account and files under Nektar’s direct control. It cannot be undone, so export anything you need first.
- Open Nektar and go to Profile / Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Read the scope, verify that the account is yours and confirm.
2. If you cannot access the app
From the email linked to the account, send a message to destek@nektar.dev with the subject “Delete my Nektar account”. We may need to verify ownership proportionately. Do not send your password, identity document or unnecessary sensitive data.
3. Data deleted by Nektar
- Account email, profile fields and the authentication link.
- Account-linked learning progress, choices, saved content and community data.
- Scanner images, Scanner history and related AI output under Nektar’s direct control.
4. Records on a different schedule
Store transaction and invoice records may remain in your Apple or Google account. Short-lived security logs, fraud/dispute records, backups and provider copies can be deleted later under legal or technical schedules. Nektar may not be able to erase those provider records instantly or unilaterally.
Deletion does not recreate statistics that were lawfully anonymised earlier and can no longer be linked to you.
5. A specific item or waitlist record
To remove a specific scan, waitlist record or contact-form submission without deleting the whole account, email destek@nektar.dev and identify the record. Requests follow applicable timelines and exceptions; we will not act on another person’s data without verification.
